Gordon’s Comms System

The communication system designed by a cameraman for the cameraman.

This 2-channel system provides all the communication and vision facilities that you wish you had – but were afraid to ask. Right at your fingertips you have direct control over:

Operator – production and program Level
Assistant – production and program Level
Talkback - level to control room with momentary or latching push to talk
Tally Lights - with threshold control
Return Vision
Clean Program Audio.

All these are sourced directly from the camera.

All audio/comms signals are transformer coupled into and out of the camera to prevent hum caused by earth loops.

Gordon's Comms are battery or mains powered.

Only quality powder coated die cast aluminium boxes, connectors and cabling are used and are the ‘secret’ behind the reliability and durability.
